Charity EventsAugust 19th and 20th CFD would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to all our family and friends including the players from New York for coming out to support our own Ignite the Spirit charity games at Standard Bank Stadium in Crestwood, Illinois. All fans in attendance at the Tuesday night game were treated to an outstanding (and long lasting) fireworks show. Wow! what a thrill. Your Chicago's Bravest were able to defeat FDNY's Bravest on both Tuesday 12-4 and Wednesday 13-6. We hope to see you next year at our 6th Annual Big City Classic Baseball Games. We would also like to thank this year’s sponsors of the games including our own Chicago Firefighters Union Local #2 and 115 Bourbon Street.
